Italy is one of top places for travel. I used to dream of going to Italy for honeymoon. But in reality, I traveled with my sister. Not so romantic! Other than romance, Italy is a symbol of Roman history, great food and beautiful cathedrals. I would show how two backpackers enjoyed Italy fully in a pocket tight way.

Among so many interesting cities in Italy, I first decided to choose four cities for two weeks:
1) Verona for two days
2) Rome for five days
3) Florence for three and half days
4) Venice for three and half days
Before traveling, few important things should be fixed like hotels and train/bus tickets.
1) www.booking.com is the hotel booking website I generally used. It has a good data base with photos and hotel reviews. When I choose hotels, I compare price per night, location, WIFI availability and possibility of cooking. If there is a supermarket around your hotel, it will save some money from eating out.
2) www.trenitalia.com is the Italian train website. These trains are running at ~250 km/hr so pretty fast and convenient.
3) For local transportation, one can purchase a transportation pass of various combination.
